This recipe is nice because you make it ahead, refrigerate overnight, and bake in the morning.

6 slices bread, buttered
salt & pepper
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
6 eggs

Arrange the bread in a 9X13 baking dish that has been coated with non-stick spary. Salt & pepper the bread lightly and sprinkle the cheese on top. Combine the milk and eggs and pour over.

Cover dish and refrigerate overnight. Place in a cold oven, set temperature at 350 and bake for 1 hour, or until puffed and golden. Serve immediately.

Here's one from my friend's 360 that was a great idea! If you don't have 360 I'll email it to you. Talk about yummy, fast, and good for you!

P.S. Here's a recipe from me that's fast and easy. Buy some bagels, ham, and provalone cheese. Stack on bagel and microwave for a fast breakfast. Now imagine using different meats and cheeses! I also like to use cream cheese and sliced fruit like banana and strawberry on my bagels.

P.S.S. I used to have sugar problems in school so I made some trail mix with nuts, Chex, and other stuff and carried it in my bag. Pretty wholesome and I could eat it on the bus and between classes.

Don't forget to get your daily dairy too! The protein will help you get going in the morning.

We boil about a dozen eggs to make hard boiled eggs. Makes a nice quick breakfast or snack when you're in a hurry. It goes really well with Kavli multi grain crackers.(protein & carb). I also like yogurt ( can be soy or dairy)dumped in a bowl with a high quality granola mixture( seeds, oats, dried fruit etc.).Instant oatmeal packs are great.Add a combination of water , milk, maple syrup and cook in a bowl in the microwave. Top with a couple of spoonfuls of yogurt.Great stuff.

Omelets in a bag.

Can prepare the night before.

Put two eggs in a Ziploc bag. Squeeze back and forth until mixed well. Toss in whatever you like in an omelet (cheese, ham, etc) and mix again.

Squeeze out all the air. Drop into a pan of boiling water. Go finish getting ready for school. Come back in 12 minutes and get your breakfast.

When I'm running so late I can't even open a box of cereal, I grab a Clif bar, a Pria bar, a Snickers Marathon...or those Power Bar Harvests....they're tasty (well, most of the flavors are anyways), quite nutritious and have enough fiber to keep you satisfied until lunch...Plus, they're low enough in sugar to keep you from crashing later. They also go well with a cup of coffee or a latte....that is...if you ARE old enough to DRINK coffee....otherwise, it's back to the milk carton for you, junior *LOL*

Take box of cereal (any kind) out of pantry. Open box of cereal. Get bowl out of cuboard. Pour some cereal into bowl. Get milk out of the refrigerator. Take cap off of milk. Pour milk onto cereal. Get spoon out of drawer. Eat cereal and milk with spoon. Enjoy!

On a serious note,

My mom used to make mini blueberry and regular pancakes in the evening, and stacked them by threes. Then she would package them in ziploc freezer bags, and place them in the freezer. All I would have to do in the morning is take them out, microwave them for a minute or so, pour syrup on them and eat. Quick and easy! She usually made enough for a two week period.

Two pieces boiled hotdogs and fried eggs. 3 slices Wholewheat bread and a cup of chocolate. All that would make you last until lunch.

Bread, ham, lettuce. Butter optional if you're lazy to spread. Cheese as well if you like.

How about fruitcake? Raisin buns, banana walnut cake/bread

My kids love to eat chocolate chip waffles, open faced with peanut butter. The best part is that they are easy to transport and clean to eat.
