I am really intrested in a girl. But whenever I talk to her she says that she likes me because i am a good student, she likes the way i handle things, my way of talking etc. But she has not yet said given any direct signal although she keeps talking about me with her friends. One of her friend knows me very well but denies me to tell anything. She is a bit shy may be the reason why this confusion. how should i handle this thing?

look buddy, maybe she likes you. in that case she will be waiting for an approach from your side. As u say that she is shy, then this might be a possibility. try to get friendly with the girl and then try to read her heart. Even if she doesn't like you after knowing this please never break your friendship.
If you cannot get close to her, then leave her. you will never be able to read her heart and get to know if she likes you...
Just be friends and time will let you know.

i think she likes from heart. i can tell this because i do understand girls as I'm a girl myself. she may be feels shy to express her feelings towards u. her &ur's friend's mouth is (may be)zipped.u know even i'd to handle the same situation.so that's why i understand.

i think the way she says that she likes u because ur a good student,u should also tell her y u like her .dont tell her that u love her or sm thin ,just tell her wat u like in her in a way compliment her.n if she is blushin wen u say that ,then she is interested if she doesnt care then she is not interested.
