Okay, my first was born 7 days before my 16th birthday, my second by the time I was 19 and I had my third at 23. Do I regret it, no, would I do it over, yes. I am not going to say it was easy because it wasn't, completing school, still going to college and getting a damn good job, without no baby's daddy doing a damn thing, we prevailed, all are college graduates and I think very nice people. They grew up with me and now at 45, while I am still their mother I have best friends that I know that I can count on. Many would not agree with this, but everything doesn't suit everybody, my mother had me at 39 and my sister at 44, and we had a very different relationship than me and mine. And hey my Mom is still around at 84 and I don't think if I had waited to have children, they might not have ever known their grandparents. The plan isn't always ours to claim, but just ours to live, It was a struggle, and it is still a struggle at times but I think I will be able to boast when it is all over. Don't be hasty with any decisions, a baby is not a toy, but a soul that has been entrusted to you to nuture and guide. God Bless.

in all the decision is yours, but my sister had a child when she was 16 and that was a major lifestyle change for her and everyone else in the house. Her going out with friends depended if someone (me) decided to stay home and watch the baby. I didn't mind much because I wanted my sister to have a somewhat normal teenage life. Hey if the father could go out and have fun why couldn't she. But she knew that her baby was her responsibility and plus she had great friends that would make a point to come spend time with her at our home so she could still be part of the high school in crowd and a mommy at the same time. All her classmates were very supportive then and they still are. She finished high school with a lot of family help and support and she received her degree in business management, which took a long time because she only went to class when my nephew started school. She made it point to make her school schedule around his school schedule. Just remember, having a child at a young age or at any age does have a big impact on your lifestyle.
