i have ineferiority because of shortness.

You CANNOT grow taller then your genetic makeup allows. NOTHING, NO WAY!
Best thing to do is work on other parts of your personality. That's what the people who really count will notice about you.

well first of all i don't know how old are you and how much tall you are but i am 184 cm tall , i have short , real short father and normal mother but i am really tall OK , so don't think that genetic stops you , any thing can happen , but what i did is this , i drink so much milk so much , 3 -4 glasses per day and at 10 or 11 o'clock in the morning that you are hungry you can eat an apple or grapes , i Did that and really in a short time i got 3 or 4 cm taller . but what ever try to have a nice body rather than having a tall height . hope you become tall very fast .
