OMG married to wonderful chinese lady here in china till she get her visa approved its fish every single day fish i never laid eyes on before and cooked in ways i don't thing a chef can compete oh yes and veggies too

I eat fish one or more times a week. I try to stay away from red meat as much as possible. Fish like wild salmon and tuna are my favorite and the omegas are supposed to be really good for you too!

I try to, but I only cook fish when my b/f is out working as he does not eat it, so if he has no over time then I don't eat it at all. I love fish, especially baked with herb butter.

I do! I'm not a red meat eater and chicken gets boring after a while,lol! Plus, my hubby works in a fish factory, so he gets freebies!!!!
