Child abuse laws for getting therapy in france?

If I go to therapy in france (i'm sixteen) and I tell my therapist that my dad abuses me sexually and physically, is the therapist required to report it like they are in the US?

I'm talking about past abuse. If when I was younger, i was abused, would they be required to report it? Even if i moved across the world and am out of harms way?

There are reasons that there is a law in the U.S. that requires such a thing. I have no idea about international laws and laws in France. I hope you are able to get to a safe place away from your father...such as, with another, trusted, relative.
