That is totally possible. But you should for sure start now if you're going to work on it because the older you are the harder it is. I'm only 21 but when I was 15 I gained 35lbs from depression eating, I lost 65lbs in 3 mos. but when I had my son and gained it back I'm finding it a bit harder to lose it again. Try Tae-Bo it works wonders and helps with your metabolism, energy-level, and flexibility. Start with taming any bad eating habits you may have, if any! Keep your diet healthy but don't deprive yourself, Okay!?

Possible? Yes. Healthy? No.

Diets that promise (and sometimes) deliver that much weight loss are unhealthy -- and you'll gain it all back and more.

There's a sensible way to lose that works. There's a book by Dr. Sandra Cabot called "The Liver Cleansing Diet". It's all about making your body healthy, and letting it do the work. I learned a lot from it, and lost weight (not 20 lbs. a month). More importantly, when I eat by its principles, I feel great. Try the website below:

Keep in mind though that if you are strength training too, you will actually gain a little weight, dont freak out though. Its just muscle gain that will actually help your body burn more calories. you should definately check out some health and fitness sites because you can actually get a lot of ideas to help you stay motivated.

just keep these things in mind:
1. take at least one meal a day free of carbohydrate (preferably dinner)
2. take one protien (lean meat, beans etc) in a day
3. take one portion of carbohydrate with lots of fibre (cabbage, carrots, tomatoes etc)
4. fill in rest of the diet with fruits (not banana!) and vegetables
5. take small portions of food many times instead of large portions in a single go.
6. DO NOT starve urself, instead keep ur stomach moderately full by small portions.

For excercise:
1. do a wrokout that exhausts u for at least 30 mins.
2. dont take rest in this 30 mins
3. dont forget to cool down after excercise so that ur body gets time to flush away toxins

apart from that, drink lots of water & give up soda.

all the best
