The god in the Bible is a woman despite the masculine references to the contrary. She states "I am a jealous god" and other clues that make it apparent that their god is an ignoble female. The Jewish calender is lunar (feminine) and they are like Muslims in that respect. Look at the old testament and you will see they were always at war with solar (masculine) cultures.

As per the Bible many scriptures in original script meant feminine or masculine or both. When translated most of them are translated as masculine.
