I have been dating my boyfriend for 1 year in October and want to plan something fun downtown Chicago, we will be there Saturday and possibly Sunday...any ideas????

I'm not looking to spend more than about $150 maybe $200 if it's a really good idea but he loves beef and sushi so maybe good restaurant ideas, theatre ideas, shows, activities, tours...fun stuff to pass the day with

You don't list interests or a budget, but here's a few suggestions:
1. See some theatre:
25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is a lot of fun.
Blue Man Group is great, though it's not downtown (easy to reach by mass transit or taxi).
Check out a revue at Second City. Very "Chicago," also not downtown.
2. Eat chocolate
Chicago has two great gourmet chocolatiers, both of which have boutiques in the North Bridge Mall on Michigan Avenue.

3. Take a tour with the Chicago Architecture Foundation. The Loop Train Tour (~ 1 hour) is fun and free!
