Have just got one but no recipe book with it.Have never used a thermowave before.

French Lemon Pie

I havent tried this yet but think that anything lemon has to be good! It sure sounds like lemony custard...and a keeper!

1 hour 10 min prep
Change to: pie US Metric
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry pie crusts
4 large eggs
1 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
whipping cream



1. Line 9-inch pie plate with shell and flute edge.
2. In medium bowl, beat eggs well.
3. Add corn syrup, lemon peel and juice and melted butter.
4. Combine sugar and flour and stir into egg mixture.
5. Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
6. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
7. Chill.
8. Top with dollops of whipped cream to serve.

Tuna Lasagna

Shopping list

1 tin tomato soup
1 large tin of tuna - herb flavoured variety
1 large onion chopped
1 pkt fresh lasagna sheets
200 gm fresh mushrooms - sliced
1 pkt cheese sauce
Grated cheese
Cracked pepper
Method

In a large bowl, mix tuna with tomato soup and chopped onion.

Fry up mushrooms and mix with made up cheese sauce.

Grease baking dish and layer pasta, tuna, mushrooms.

Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes in 180c oven.


Peanut Butter Honey Dressing

Serve with a green salad and peanut butter honey dressing&

Shopping list

Green mixed salad
3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp soya sauce
juice from large lemon
olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 glove crushed garlic.
Combine to mix well. Pour over green salad
