When we are tired our eyes turn to red color. Why? Please Explain.?

Tired eyes use more energy for the same task. As such they require increased blood flow. This shows up on the surface of the eye.

the veins in your eyes swell showing more of the blood contained in them.

it means there lacking rest cuz they're stressed...over used....
