We are already in a relationship and she likes me a lot and I like her a lot, but she said sometimes she jus doesnt feel like I'm being a boyfriend, more like I'm just a friend. I'm clueless as to what she is referring to.. but I think stuck_in_middle is probably right. any more ideas?

She wants a commitment like "I love you", "Let's move in together", or "Let's get married."

I hate those head games ! Like your supposed to be THE GREAT KRESKIN and know all the answers ! Tell her your not playin' that way and if, she wants to be that immature with you ~ prehalps you'll have to ask some other girls ! You tell her that and she'll straighten out quick cause, she won't want to air her dirty laundry ! The thought of you bein' with other chicks could light a match under her butt !!!

maybe she stopped having feelings for you or can't see you in that way. it could also be possible that the chemistry between you guys is not there anymore so that's why she feels you two are better off being friends. she could've found another person, or maybe you haven't been treating her like girlfriend material.

That your not being romantic. Women want to be romanced. If your not being touchy feely, then its kinda a like your just a friend.
