I have a new Icre cream shop just around the corner from me and I bought my nephews some Smurf icecream and up until this new place opened I had never heard of such a flavor. They loved it. I live in New Jersey and I will ask the guy who owns the place where it can be ordered and home delivered. I will leave the answer here online.
