No... that would be a mistake =) like gluing puzzle pieces together before you're sure they're in the right place. You end up doing way more work than you would have had to if you were just patient and did it step-by-step with the manual. Hehe but let me know how it works out if you try it!

i dont think so. You like end up breaking a back while trying to do it. And then there are the extra pieces. And u are freaking out at the end cause u have half the pieces left over as extra.

Yes they do and just to be sadistic, they include one extra screw so that when you think you finsihed the assembling the whole thing after three hours, you wonder if you missed something--arrrgh!!!
