I notice that lot of my male friends place are a mess. Also the furniture usually look like it has been handed down from some one else of somethig. However my place is alway clean and have nice furniture. So I'm wondering how girl would feel if she come to my place?

i am kind of the same way,but I do have at least one room where I keep a little messy in case a woman has any doubts. lol
I always notice my female dates looking around kind of,to see of any hints of another woman that could possibly be living there lol
I just chuckle to myself.
There's no reason for my place to be messy ,I am at work a lot,so there is no one home to mess it up ,and if I do ,I clean it up right away..
I dated a slob but that didn't last long ,I ended up cleaning her place when I was there ,I couldn't stand it .lol

I would think that you're parent(s) did a great job in raising you. I love a man that takes good care of himself and his belongings. It shows that you care and appreciate the nice things that you have. It's a shame that society has people thinking that if a man is neat that he is gay. I say keep it up and if you encounter a woman who has a problem with it she probably isn't very clean herself.

depend on the girl's preferences over the type of guys they like. Some prefer clean and neat guys and they will be so impressed with your place. =)

2) neat freak aka SERIAL KILLER
3) lives with a woman
4) neat freak aka A CLEAN MAN
It all depends on the females past with guys and her mindset. I see a clean house with a guy and I think "JACKPOT!" lol.

My fiance keeps his place very clean and neat esp when he knows I'm coming to spend some time there. I love that about him and he keeps his body just as clean and well groomed. He's just that way and I find it sexy.
