The way you have worded your Question itself reveals that you are not fit, at present, to be eligible for a job opening in any Call Centre.
It should have read 'How do I go about getting a job in an international call centre ?'
First, study proper English grammar, under a competent tutor : A grandparent who studied English in the 1950s and 1960s [or earlier !] would prove the best teacher.
Second, learn to compose your own thoughts in proper English - with the help of self-help books such as 'Speak Better, Write Better', published by the Readers' Digest group.
Third, practise how to pronounce English properly, by listening to pre-recorded 'classes' conducted by Britishers on speaking English - which can be obtained from sources such as Linguaphone.
Fourth, try out your newly acquired skills on your family and friends - until you feel confident enough to converse in English, with strangers as well.
Now, you will be properly qualified to work in any call centre.
...There is no use in shelling out thousands to some local 'call centre training school' - where total incompetents try to fleece the ignorants, by promising a lot of what they can never really deliver.

Hello Ramsharan,
Getting a job in a call centre is not very easy.
There are certain basic requirement such as qualification ( 10+2 , Graduation or Diploma ) and good command over English ( Both written as well as spoken ).
When you have the basic requirements then you can go to some institutes who specialise in training persons for call jobs.
Some institutes help their trainees with placements also.
So first thing first.
Join a training institute and work hard.
P.S . Call centre jobs are not easy. No doubt the pay, perks and working atmosphere is good compared to Indian standards. The working hours are really killing.Since most of the call centres are working during nights depending upon their client country even your working hours will change. The latest attrition rate in call centre's is all most 70% and any body who completes 18 months and above in one company will become senior most person.
Good luck and take care of your health.
