nice try. If it actually did, most of us would be emaciated... You'd lose more weight by having sex...

There is some hope - We put on weight because we eat more than we burn (obvious). Many do this because they comfort eat when bord or lonely. If you get into masturbation as your way of feeling better when a little low rather than hitting the cream cakes/chocolate/burgers etc you could save yourself putting weight on. The activity its self is unlikely to burn that many calories if done the 'traditional' (more than watching TV though). You can improve things my using a thrusting against something technique rather than a hand one as this will use far more hip and abdominal muscle energy which will burn a few calories and help strengthen your abs.

LOL! No, it doesn't. If you want to lose weight, just cut back on your eating habits. Stop eating after 6pm. Your a girl? It seems more feasible for a man, but if you're a girl, it just sounds impossible. You know what does help you cut weight? Sex; it does help you burn a lot of calories :)
Of course, you should always practice safe sex.

Only a little bit, depending on style, intensity, and duration. I would say maximum is 150 calories per hour. Sex can be 700 calories per hour if done right.

I would stick to jogging and lifting weights unless you're penis is 120 pounds.

Eating healthy is the most effective way.

You do increase your heart rate, you do get rid of calories(spooge) and you do work muscles, but you don't do it for long enough to really make a difference. I would say there are other, better ways to loose weight.

if you did it 24/7 maybe, but otherwise, you might try going out for a run if weight loss is what you are after.

you are buring calories, as you burn calories when doing anything. however, it isn't as much as exercising, but it doesn't hurt to do it anyway. it will make you feel more relaxed(or energized, depending on the person), so maybe you should incorparate that into your after workout routine. ;-)
