I have got a good rank in the entrance test. I have a confusion b/w which course to choose Electronics Communication or Information Technology.

go for electronics and communication which will broaden up your horizons and if you wanna soaked in to IT you can start learning software along with normal study.

E.C is best at present.If you want you can do software
course privately in the evening time

IT is best where u got lot of scope .. also u can settel ur life very soon , now there is no value for ec please dont choose that .. all the best
