Do you just boil the water and chow down right from the cup, or do you, for instance, dump the noodles into a bowl and add some kind of real food such as bits of cooked chicken or ham, or even disgustingly healthy bits of steamed broccoli?

The only time I eat those is when I'm having a bad salt craving - and they are perfect for that.

What good would they be if you were going to dump them into something else and add stuff to them? You may as well cook a decent angel-hair pasta if you're going to involve pots and other dishes.

The way to eat those styrofoam-cup noodles is to ignore the fact that you may be eating chemicals from the styrofoam, and eat them from the cup. You can use a fork, which gets the noodles best, and then drink as much of the water as you feel like drinking.

One other note: You know how the directions say to pour boiling water to the line, close the "lid" and let them sit for a couple of minutes? No need. Here's how I do them: Dump off the little hard peas and pieces of shrimp in them into the trash they aren't good.. Fill the cup to the line with water. Put the "lid" over it and microwave on high for two minutes. Sure - you're eating styrofoam, so consider this noodle meal a once-in-a-while "luxury".

If healthy is what you're looking for eat something else. (Oh, by the way, the noodles in the cellophane that cost about 25 cents a package can be cooked without your using their flavor packet, and then you can add soy sauce and peppers and have a very nice "faux-Chinese" dinner.)

Add boiled water, wait a few minutes depending on your desired noodle softness and eat out of foam cup.

In Mexico, they like to eat it with hot sauce and a squeeze or two of lime juice - very good.

Try not to eat these too often because the sodium levels are out of this world...not good...but it's so good...

There should be an instruction in there somewhere. But usually, you boil water, add it into the cup and cover it for like 3 mins.

Just pour in water and pop it in the micro and then let it stand for two minutes. Eat enjoy. You could also dump it into a pot and boil it, but that makes more dishes to clean and I'm lazy so I usually opt for the micro.

Both! But word is that stirafoam (spelling) cup when heated release chemical that can cause cancer. So I would pour it into a bowl and add bunch of other stuff in it. Like Vianna Sausages! Spam!

I don't eat them however, my kids do. They add things to it bits of meat or vegetables, and hot sauce. They pour them into a bowl after they have gotten ready to eat.
