I'm in the far east side of Toronto and not many of the leaves have changed here yet. Infact, when I look out my back window everything is still very green.
I googled and found these pic's from 2004; you'll need need to scroll 1/2 way down and find the heading "Fall in Toronto"
Enjoy!

Maybe but probably not. Based on the way the weather has been recently in this area lately, we will probably peak the week that Canadian Thanksgiving falls and if we get some really windy days, there may not be a lot of leaves on the trees at the end of October.

I am outside of Toronto and our leaves are just starting to turn - but it usually goes pretty quickly. I'm sure you will see some, even if they are just on the ground. If you look at tourism ontario site, you should be able to find a Leaves Report.
It has been a VERY wet Fall.

Well I am 500 miles north of Toronto and I can tell you our leaves are already half gone and will be totally gone in about 1 week.... that far south they are usually 1 week behind us season wise and I think all the leaves would be gone by the 25th.

10/25 is just a little bit late, but there will be some leaves left. It depends on the weather exactly when the leaves will be at their peak, but 10/25 shouldn't be too bad.
