Bob Marley drove a BMW, he said it stood for Bob Marley and the Wailers. But he eventually sold it because he said it was like a status issue. Not his exact quote but he meant that by owning that type of car made him look as if he were bragging. I think certain car models appeal to certain types of people. But you have to remember, it's JUST a car. A object. You should look at the person as a whole and not judge a book by it's cover...

BMW is designed and manufactured in Germany (Deutschland), I doubt they'll give it an English name!!!
