Just clean your desk up and give him a picture with a thank you card for reminding you your a messy co-worker. Thank him for allowing you to mend your ways.

They have no right to do so that is your space you know where everything is. That is a nosy person trying to get you into trouble. I would tell them not to do that. If it persists I would go up the chain of command by going to their supervisor/boss. Doesn't hurt to let HR know either sits on that persons record.

its unethical to do so, if i were u i either confront him/her regarding this matter or directly report to the higher management or report him/her to the ministry of manpower
