I saw it at a craft show. they take 2 photos and combine them to one photo so when you look at the photo Depending on the angle you are looking at the picture determines what image you are look at. If you move slightly to the right the image is one individual picture as you move to the left the image changes to the second picture

It was special printing method used about 30 years ago, you need special equipment, if you noticed the photo was om heavy paper and has ridges like on its surface.

use photo shop and flash
