what if we consume too much food that contain high calcium?

Generally, calcium isn't a problem as long as you consume sufficient water to "flush it out."

High calcium intake with low water volume can lead to kidney stones. That's about the biggest risk you face that I'm aware of.

But remember, consult a real medical doctor before buying anything anyone on here tells you!

If you consume get too much calcium, small amounts could build up and cause Kidney Stones

If you have too much calcium in your diet then the symptoms include constipation, kidney stones, calcium deposits in body tissues, and it also hinders the absorption of iron and other minerals. The recommended daily allowance of calcium is 800-1000mg for men and 700-800mg for women.
