Don't run that hard... take a jog... develop endurance and discover your second wind.
Stretch those lower ligaments first, then take off slowly.
First 15 minutes, lungs burn like hell, plus hypogastric pain, endure.
Next 15 minutes, sweating and panting, continue.
Next 15 minutes, burned out, almost ready to collapse, continue still.
Next 5 minutes, whoa! renewed energey good for another 30 minutes!
... that's the second wind. Fly!
