Been dating this guy for 2 months now and it's a wonderful open communicating relationship but we are coming into the sexual things and he doesn't want to make love until marriage but he wants to be touched and he likes touching my breasts. The other night was the first time I had touched him and he got nervous and thought I was uncomfortable and quickly put his "member" away. He did that twice. I'm not sure what I was doing to make him think that way but what are some tips on how to come off as comfortable to him? Should I talk dirty or something?

Congrats on your first long term relationship. That awesome he believes you shouldnt have sex until marraige. Maybe he was scared because he has never had a woman touch his member. Just talk to him about it! Get out some lotion and then play with his member. Talking is the best way to comunicate! Good luck! But playing can lead to sex so becareful and have fun.

If he's pulling it out and letting you stroke it, then he is lying about waiting until marriage. That is just something he is saying to make you think he is a "good guy".
Tell him that you don't want him or yourself to be uncomfortable, and therefore you have decided that the two of you should not do any more heavy petting until after marriage. Tell him that your mind is made up on this and there will be no deviation from it. Then see what he says. I betcha' he changes his tune real quick.
It's either that, or he's afraid that he's not going to perform when it comes time to actually do the deed.
Those two would be my guesses.

Maybe he is nervous because when you touch him in a sexual manner, it makes him want to fold and go all the way, but he knows he would regret it.

The both of you really need to talk about what he really wants. Cause it seems like he's not comfortable with his manly parts, being exposed. So what you should do is just talk about what he would like you to do to him. And let him know that your fine with what he has.And that you don't mind looking or touching it. Better wait till your guy is ready. Don't push too much or he might feel overpowered. Since he prefer not to make love until marriage then if you love him, respect his values.
