what prayers/saints/bible verses do you reflect upon when you undergo stressful days?

I have always loved the Psalms, like Psalm 31 (or 30 in Protestant Bible):
In you, LORD, I take refuge;
let me never be put to shame.
In your justice deliver me;
incline your ear to me;
make haste to rescue me!
Be my rock of refuge,
a stronghold to save me.
You are my rock and my fortress;
for your name's sake lead and guide me.
Free me from the net they have set for me,
for you are my refuge.
Into your hands I commend my spirit;
you will redeem me, LORD, faithful God.

Stress ... I love the Adoration Chapel. Usually, I Bible dive the New Testament (randomly pick a passage in the new testament), and then I meditate. Since there is silence in the Adoration chapel, well, the stress disappears.
I've tried this at home, but it's so much more powerful to do in front of the Euchrist. I usually get answers to my problems by reading the Bible in the Adoration Chapel.
