She asked me to tell her the truth and i did, as I consider her a friend. I think that i did her a favour, cos she dumped that loser. I think that she forgives me, but I am having a hard time forgiving myself. I am disappointed in my actions. Any ideas how i can make this better?

Wow, you told her the truth, thats a really nice thing to do, cause most girls would never admit it. You saved her the trouble of being with a loser, you should forgive yourself. Cause you never know, they might have gotten married and that would have been a lot worst.

Wait a minute, did you know this guy had a gf before you boffed him? If you knew I hope you realize how truely low that was and you should not expect her to forgive you. The only thing you can do to make it better is to un-sleep with her bf and since that is not possible I guess you just have to learn to live with it.

You got and wanted penis. The penis found relief inside your body. It is now out and looking for more relief. It is a snake which cannot be tamed. It was happy to find a warm shelter to sleep in for awhile. It has now ventured out into the light of day and must find another before it freezes.

The only thing you could really do is talk to her about what she is feeling and just explain what happened, then tell he how bad you feel about what happened, I mean we all make mistakes in our lives i mean its apart of life and what shows if we are a good person or not is how we handle these mistakes.

I think you can make it better by forgiving yourself and respecting yourself enough to no to do it again. We are our own hardest critics, don't let guilt consume you.
