You can buy a color stain remover designed especially for this purpose at any beauty supply store. It is inexpensive.

This is going to sound totally psycho, but put a VERY SMALL amount of bleach on your neck. Rub softly with something like a qtip dipped in it, and RINSE immediatly. I had to do this in an emergency situation.

next time apply Vaseline to your face and neck at the hairline to avoid staining your skin. also be careful around your ears, nobody like dark ears!

you should have put vaseline around your hairlines before you did this, either keep trying to wash it off with soap or otherwise you'll just have to wait for a few days for it to fade off

It comes off by just soap and warm water.
Rubbing alcohol works too.

Nothing will take it completely off but hydrogen peroxide will lighten it.
