I don't think a car exists for twenty dollars, if you have maybe a thousand or more you may have some luck. I say go to a garage sale, or yard sale or flea market and get you a bicycle.

You could build a model of your dream car, and look at it everyday to remind yourself, that you have set goals and plan to buy the real thing some day.
