I would have said the tornado's I went through as a child, but then, I would have said hurricane Ivan my very first hurricane ever, but then Katrina came and that was really scary, but. I would say the scariest moment I ever had was when my family and friend were in my SUV we were coming home from my sons birthday party #4 on a rain day and we went into that hydro planing..I was so scared all I could do was try to hold onto the wheel of my vehicle.I ended up facing on coming traffic with a busted front tire right off the rim from hitting the curb..When the officer should up he was amazed that I hadn't flipped the vehicle over..I almost passed out when he said that..so yes that was my scariest moment..oh we were all ok family, friend and her daughter..the cake wasn't so pretty though. :)

I suppose none of u has ever been to Devil's Town (originally called "Djavolja Varos").
Anyway,it's on a little mountain called Radan,in a little country called Serbia, near 2 little villages : Djake and Zebice.
that's where i went for a holiday.
i was in another village called Mehane, and one day we decided to go and see devil's town.the trips was long, and we went on foot.
we traveled for over 5 hours (12 km) and finally reached our destination.the sight was nothing much.
after an hour we started coming back to our house, but we wanted to take a shortcut over the mountains.
long story shot-after 2 hours we came to what w4e thought was the top of the mountain and we had no choice-we could go back and loose more than 2 hours (it was really steep),or we could go farther.there were no trees,no grass, nothing.only stone.not a path-not even a goat path-nothing.we had only about 30 cm of space to walk on.on both sides there was a 200 m long abyss.
i was with my mother,father and 13-year-old brother (i'm 14 btw).
we had to go up.the stone started to crumble the minute u laid hands on it.we had nothing we could grasp.we could only crawl and pray not to become someone's pray.
at one time,my mother started sliding down the mountain.she slided about 10 meters before my father could stop her.
i was so scared.i started to cry.
somehow we came home.it is also a long story cuz we didn't have food or water and then we missed a turn on the road and ended up in the middle of nowhere.
i eill never go to the village again.we could all be dead now.if it wasn't for the stick my father had,my mother would surely be somewhere down the mountain now.
oh,yeah,my mother fears of heights,my father has high blood pressure (and sugar),and my brother is just too.....well,he;s a baby.
we were lucky to survive, that's all i can say.

Having my firebase overrun - firefights at point blank range - hand to hand combat......killing with knives and bare hands....pulling the trigger on someone when you are close enough to see the look in their eyes.....seeing a rocket propelled grenade headed for you.......then the PTSD that follows you for the next 34 years (so far).

i bought a fixer upper house in a questionable neighborhood. One night at 3 in the morning my girlfriend woke me up and said someone was on our front porch. i looked out the window and didnt see him. then i heard him kick my door in. i ran to my bed and picked up my firearm, and at the same time he tried to push our bedroom door open, that just happened to have a dresser we were working on in front of it. i went out the other bedroom door, and as i was running down the hall, i heard him coming down the other hall at me. i stopped 2 feet short of the corner, and he stopped just on the other side. We sat there for about 3 seconds, (two years).lol and i was crouched there thinking, "am i about to shoot someone" is someone about to shoot me. And then he just bolted the other direction and out the front door.

Had this experience before... But I guess no one will believe it... Was being 'raped' by 4 girls... I went over to a friends party of mine one fine day. Had a few drinks but I guess it was being spiked. Cos when I realised, I was naked on a bed, being tied by ropes on hand and legs. One of the girls was 'riding' on me. and the other three was busying 'licking' all over of me...
