Im not looking for "Just tell him" Im not here because Im worried that he will get mad or anything of the sort..I simply would like some ideas of how I can let him know without actually TELLING him. Know what I mean? My friend and soon to be sister-in-law told her boyfriend by taking him to the lake and gave him three presents - pacifiers (but they were already buying things here and there for a baby for later on so that didnt really give anything away), Reese Cups, and then finally her pregnancy test (it was in a ziploc bag though so no worries). I want to do something like that with my fiancee because its a special event. Thanks for your suggestions. :o)

Make a romantic dinner (without alcohol for you, of course) with candles, appetizer, main course, and bring out your pregnancy test as "dessert" (and then bring the real dessert to celebrate!)

When I wanted to let my husband know, I gave him a gift too. But it was just a set of super super small booties. He looked at them...and then at me and knew. That or a bib that says "I love Daddy" would work. Great job trying to make it special... I still remember the look of joy on his face.

And.. congratulations on the baby and marriage!

Bring home a cake that say's congratulations your going to be a daddy and get two balloons one that say's it's a girl and the other that say's it's a boy, just let him know that you don't know what it is or that it's not twins for sure.
Or you can try flowers pink and blue ones to see if he gets a hint from that.

I bought my husband a Who's your daddy? tshirt (although I can't keep a secret, so he already knew) Check Urban outfitters.

There are a ton of good kids books about Dads, like What Daddies do Best and The Daddy Book (by Todd Parr, that one is really good)

I waited to tell my fiance while he was at a friend's party. I knew he would be gone so I left work early got a pregnancy test and took it over to his friend's house. I knocked on the door and acted really mad. Then I got everyone attention I showed them my pregnancy test. They all started laughing and cheering, after thinking he was in big trouble it was a big relief.

don't wait too long about telling him...I think eventually he would find out on his own.
