No because God has everyones life mapped out from the point of birth so praying will achieve nothing..

You can certainly pray for anyone at anytime. It will be solved. It may not be the answer you want ... but God listens and acts on all prayers.

you would definitely be on the right track. I don't know about "solving Problems" God permits and controls situations, if your heart and will are aligned with God, he may answer your prayer. It depends what it is.

human beings are merely undeniable ignorant. there's a regulation contained in the structure that protects particular desires persons from such harassment. i'd honestly rfile this and set up a hidden digital camera to capture the boy contained in the act. that is terrible that human beings manage autistic human beings this way.
