I am also trying to find sites that will let me know when bridal shows will be. Any help would be great.

From one Wedding Planner to another, finding people just randomly is rather difficult. What I would suggest is:
1. Create your own website. You can do this on your own actually without hiring a company. I use Yahoo Geocities and there are enough tutorials and suggestions in there that I have completely designed my own site. Pay for the ad-free website and it still comes out cheaper than having an outside company create one for you.
2. Advertise on one of the big wedding planning sites. I use The Knot (http://www.theknot.com) because they break down their local vendors section by state and then major city. I wouldn't advertise on all of them but maybe just one or two.
