Question!! I'm just curious here...why on earth would my ex come to the bar where my friends and I all hang out (not to mention manage and own the bar) with his new girl? Is he trying to get a rise out of me or something?? I mean, why would you bring a new girl to where your old one is? (And she knows about me cause she does the staring and protective hand touches on his leg or arm when I walk by.) Anyways, if its jealousy he wants to create, its not working...it actually makes me laugh to tell you the truth because I know exactly what he's doing to this poor girl... :) That may be mean of me to say, but so what?
But really...why would any guy do this?? My friends and I all have different opinions so I guess I just want to know what you think...

FYI: I'm back with the guy I've been seeing on and off for the last 3 1/2 years and very happy, by the way! :) He just has opposite early days that I do which is why he doen't come with me for the most part and why the ex hasn't seen him yet.
The girls and I were just laughing about it and couldn't come to just one answer to the question. Also, we wanted some guy feedback...

He's just trying to jerk your chain.
He may still have some feelings (of some kind) for or about you. You can take some consolation or heart that he cares enough about you to visit where he knows you'll be.
It doesn't necessarily mean he want to rekindle something, but I wouldn't rule it out. If I were you I would feel flattered that he still wants you to notice him.

More than likely, he's doing it in a, "Ha-ha, I've hooked up and you haven't, see how well I'm progressing?" kind of way. It was no doubt intentional. Just ignore him, becuase he is, for lack of a better word, an ***.
