I have an African Grey...He does all kinds of funny things...He dances...he'll go can ya dance and then he'll start shaking his head and bobbing up and down and say shake it up..woooo. He also has quite a potty mouth and doesn't like men. One time he called my neighbor (who is an old man) a F*er. He says all kinds of things that are funny and when you laugh at him he'll laugh back and go "your funny". Also when you eat which he loves to do he always wants your food and he'll get down off his cage and come beg for it. normally he doesn't like other people but if they have food their his best friend. He'll ask you if it's good too! He also Yells at the dog when the dog misbehaves!

I had the funniest canary. I would let him fly in the house, one day, the cage was left open during dinner time, he sat on the edge of the door watching us eat and then suddenly did a nose dive into my fathers mashed potatoes and proceeded to help himself. Another funny thing about Nikki (my canary) he didn't like the idea that I had a boyfriend (now husband) so whenever David would walk past the cage Nikki would left his wings like an eagle on the attack and his at him. What a sight coming from such a tiny creature. He (the bird) also loved to gaze at his reflection in my coffee table. He was 7 years old when he died, that was 20 years ago and I still miss him!

my parakeet would somehow keep one foot on the perch , one on the side of the cage and do a 360 flip and end up in the starting position. He did this several times a day, it was so cute.

I trained my bird to do the "wolf whistle" (you know the one guy's do when they see a hot girl) So everytime I walked into my room he'd whistle at me...it gave my confidence a boost cause some one was always whistling at me : ) jk

The funniest thing my parakeet has done is to chatter and
peck at his shadow on the wall. He thought it was another
bird.

My parrot used to 'answer' the phone when it rang "Hello? Hello? OKAY! UH HUH! Hello? OKAY". She also used to ride on the handlebars of my bike, lean forward with her wings tucked next to her body and go "WHEEEEEEEEEEEE", and if she saw anybody she would wolf whistle! It used to embarrass me because it could've been ME whistling!

i had two parakeets named sammy and dukey, boy and girl. sammy always felt more comfortable around me, while dukey was more reserved, and hesitant. anyway sammy would fly onto my shoulder and dukey would follow. i'd hold out my arms, and they'd chase each other to my hand then back to my shoulder. great pets, and little friends
