The buider has sold a shop to a party to open a Restaurant & Bar. The shop is adjacent to a our society which houses 100 flats and is within 64 meters from three schools. The shop is surrounded by 7 residentrial societies. Just opposite the shop are two ladies beauty parlours. At the time of sale of the flats the builder said that the shop would be club. The builder is also an member of the legislative Council

It does not seem possible and ethically too, it should not be opened. Since the builder is member of legislative council, better not enter into an altercation with him. Safe passage seems to be to sell off the shop and look elsewhere.

I DO NOT KNOW WHY THE BUILDER OPEN BAR NEAR TO YOUR SOCIETY. YOU HAVE WRITTEN THAT HE IS ALSO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL ER. MAY BE HE ADDED ONE MORE FACILITY TO YOUR SOCIETY THAT PEOPLE OF YOUR SOCIETY SHOULD GO FAR AWAY TO DRINK. NOW WHAT A PERSON LIKE YOU CAN DO. IT IS VERY BAD AND AGAINST THE LAWS.

Yes if it is a Restaurant & Bar but i know some states regulate how close to schools a plain BAR can be.
