Easy answer. Guys like sex. It's the testosterone in their body. Causes raging hormones basically all their life. And if you want to make out with a guy, they usually get an erection. They automatically think, "Yes! We're making out soon I'll be on top of her." Or something along those lines. Guys think kissing will lead to sex. so, making out they definitely think will lead to sex. Sex is an addiction, like cigarettes. And the addiction tends to lie more with the guys. Though girls are the same way.

short answer is no . Long answer is if your interested in the guy and it will have a strong possiblty leading to sex then yes . Just dont toy around with us . Also making out seems to mean no sexual activity of any kind . If i interpreted that the wrong way getting a man off thru your hands , mouth or thru a footjob or a thigh job can be fun .

they will tell you they do, but they really dont. no guy likes to go home with blue balls. they will eventually find someone else who will relive the problem for them if you know what i mean
