There is no way to choose what type of nose your baby is going to have. Unless your child chooses to have some sort of plastic surgery when they are older they are stuck with the nose they get at birth. Nothing you can do to change it!

Save up and get it nose job. Man I can't believe people think there is anything you can do to change a baby's features. It depends what your face is like and the face of the father of the baby, if neither of you have a wide nose then the baby won't have one will it?

There is no way to determine a child's features. If both you and the father have wide noses, the baby probably will, too, but there are no guarantees.

The only serious answer to this question is... What was meant to happen, will happen. There is no way to "ensure" any facial features on a baby.
