The Final Destination is "Brahma Sathyam, Jagan Mithya", (Only the God is Truth, the world is an illusion), the Creator and Creation are One and ther is Nothing second or secondary as said by Sankaracharyar. Probably the meaning of the word Nethi over here is God is not any of these and these are just illusion.

Presently we are in the Dwaita (dvaita) world or Dvaita conscience level where everything is a mixture of Divinity and Material Objects. Different combinations forming different separate things. the Creation and Creator are different as put forward by Madhvacharyar.

Is the path for us is Visishtadvaita put forward by Ramaanjucharyar, saying "Sarvam Khalvidam Brahmam" meaning The world felt by senses is also a part of God and God is beyond it. Probably the meaning of Nethi here is "not only this". The Creater is and beyond the Creation.

Sathya Sai Baba once said to start with Dvaita, go thru Visishtadvaita to reach Advaita...

Advaita Vadis want to merge into brahman. They want to realize that they them selves are god.

But followers of Ramanuja Acharya do not want to merge into Brahman. They want to retain their existence and enjoy loving relationship with God in Vaikuntha.
In Bhagavad Gita , Krishna has said that "Avinashi tu tad vidhi", "na jayate mriyate va kadacin". This gives clear indication that the soul is Eternal. Hence dissolution of the soul into brahman is not accepted.

The famous example given is that of a green bird entering into a big green tree. We cannot distinguish the bird from the tree, but they both continue to exist.

All advaitam, vishuddhadvaita, visitaadvaita and dvait-advaita are summarized by Lord Chatianya Mahaprabhu into "Achintya Bheda-Abheda Tatva".
We are same as God in Quality but not in Quantity. If he a gold mine then we are small atom of Gold.
Process of "Neti Neti" is not accepted by Vaishnava Samprayada. Why are you forcing to derive a meaning in light of Vaishnava Philosophy?
“Neti neti” is based on Material conception. You reject the material, and you search for Spritual.
But Srila Rupa Goswami has stated that we should see "hari-sambandh" and not simply reject material energy. Vaishnava engages the material energy (Maya) also in service of Krishna. Coming in contact with Krishna, the material energy transforms into Spiritual. This is true with this Body too.
So thus, Vaishnava continues their identity, buy changing the "Aham" from "I am the Lord" to "I am servant of the Lord". This causes soul to be situated in proper position (Swarupa Siddhi) and happy in the Spiritual World.
"Sat-Chid- Ananda" - All three things are got thus - not just that Sat or eternity that is achieved by Brahma Vadi..
