too much of it makes you poo like crazy, but it's not a bad thing, it's a natural laxitive.

Soy milk is delicious - the light vanilla soy milk is great on cereal! And it is good for you too. A very good source of protein. I've also used soy flour to make bread - also very good. And then there is tofu which isn't something I care for.
