This morning I drank my usual coke..and it perked me up a bit, but not really. I was tired all day because I didn't get much sleep last night. Then, as usual around 6:00 in the evening I start to feel panicky. So I drank a red bull and now I feel very calm. What does this mean? Obviously I should be feeling more anxious..but I don't.

Red bull does that to me too. It gives me a high for a little bit but after and hour or so I get really tired and drained out.

Were you feeling panicky, or were you feeling kind of shaky? If you were feeling shaky, you were having caffeine and or sugar withdrawal. You've made your body so used to the caffeine and sugar that the lack of it between morning and evening gave you withdrawal symptoms.
I don't drink Red Bull very much, but I drink a lot of coffee. If I find my head pounding late in the morning while I'm at work, you best believe that I soon realize I haven't had anything with caffeine yet on that day.

I have a weird red bull thing too. The sugar free makes me tired I swear! Is that what you drank today? Maybe it affects you the same as me. The kind with sugar I love though.

It means your normal. This behaviour is expected. Red bull is a very strong energy drink and the caffiene, sugar has calmed your mind down and increased your heart rate so blood is flowing to your body more efficiently.

It's Red Bull after all.

It makes you more alert.
Gives you energy.

Don't get so addicted though.

Stay safe.
