well before I dreamed that I got a chain amll called "how to win a grils heart" I was reading that, I tuought maybe that made me dream of a gril or somethin

and you're dreaming probably because you've achieved something in life. It may not be in the form of a girlfriend [which I don't think it is, based an your post] but something that you've gained or an obstacle you've overcome.
This is based on what I know off of dream analyzation, if they're worth anything to you.
More detail is good. Like did you know the person? Do you feel chemistry? Etc.

I realize you may be joking around, but dreaming you have a girlfirend could mean many things. To get a more accurate meaning you need to provide more of the details of the dream.
I have dreamed of having a girlfriend, but it was more of a day-dream and I know exactly what it meant.

so silly. Dreams are just random pictures from your day. The extra pitures are just your imagination. Dreams don't mean anything, especially a silly, simple dream like yours. (I dream I had a girl friend many times, I even dreamed of adventures and weirder things)
