I don't know of any sites where you can upload your own pic, but the BEHR paint site offers different room styles to choose from, and let's you test out all the colors to give you somewhat of a visual.

I couldn't find anything that you can do online. The only thing I found was software to purchase or paint a room they have online. Lowe's, Behr, Benjamin Moore had some good ones. Good luck!
