Where do I find an online user manual for my marathon adanac 3000 stopwatch?

I am trying to figure out how to set the timer for 1 minute intevals and I dont remember how.

try emailing the manufacturer. here's the contact email from their website (just search for that stopwatch on google and click on the first search result):
