I know you can live after having a lung, kidney and spleen removed, but what else can you have removed and still live without needing constant medical attention? Also, how much of everything else do you need, for example, how many feet of intestine do you really need?

You can lose "more" than a foot of intestine, you can lose your appendix or gallbladder, women can lose uterus, ovaries (1 or 2).
You can also have your thyroid removed, but have to take medication.

not really sure, but they can remove parts or your stomach, parts of your intestines, a small part of your liver, your sex organs, your gallbladder, and some of your skin and you would still live.
