I want to know if anyone had witnessed a hit and run accident that happened 4:00 a.m Eastern time zone? All I seen was break lights.This is the second time my vehicle has been involved in a hit and run accident! This time, the culprit caused $2,900 worth of damage to my vehicle.

You live over there off Belair (Bel Air) road.....right? That area has a lot of drunk drivers. My friend's car too got hit. What sucked was that she only had liability insurance.
Hopefully you have filled a report with the police. They investigate. Does your area have street cameras yet?

I'm familiar with that area but I am not aware of an accident. Sorry.
Have you contacted the police and maybe contact body shops to see if a car with your paint has been seen?
