Nope, a recent study proved that black men on average have the same penis length as white men. However black men lack an amino acid in their tissue which makes them shrink up, like a white man, when not erect. Therefor a non-erect black penis will look much larger than a non-erect white penis, until they become erect. The study was done by Durex Condoms.
