Free love and lovin' for fun and for free are two different ideas.
Free love is what you are talking about. The other is caring about your fellow men with no expectations of anything in return.
Which do you think Jesus meant?

Too often this is not love, only sex. Love has respect and caring for the other person. Come and get your love, given away to any number of people does not indicate respect and caring, just abuse of your soul and you self respect.
