I am helping prepare for the UPF World Peace Tour when it comes to Melbourne on Thursday, 28th.
For the Islamic and Bahaii followers that want to fast and pray for Ramadan, are there any special things I can help with?
We have tea and coffee, but they will not be served in the main room where the Ramadan observers will be.
We also have a separate room prepared for prayer.
One meeting is from 2pm to 4pm in Werribee.
Another is from 5:45 pm to 7:30pm in The Arts Centre, Melbourne.

That sounds wonderful. What you are doing is great, May God give you many blessings. I think it would be nice to have some food, after the Iftar time....

you can verify the local afternoon and evening prayer timings so that they do not conflict with the meeting times. secondly, second meeting is likely to have the time when they will break the fast with the sunset, so you may want to change the second meeting time to earlier since some of them may want to go to the night prayers as well traweeh (with the night prayers) may Allah bless you with His mercy for being so considerate, peace

You can't really do much during the day for them, and they probably wont want you to. However, you can make it up after sunset by presenting dinner during the Iftar time at that location.

That would be my advice.
